Upleap means to “jump or spring a long way, to a great height, or with great force”
Upleap Social Welfare Foundation (UPLEAP), is a section 8, non-profit organisation, founded by educated individuals who want to be part of a team that uplifts the underpriviledged chidlren and chidlren with special needs, to brighten their futures.

An engineer from COEP, Pune, co-founded Upleap after retiring from his corporate job as top executive from an engineering company.
Meenal Kulkarni
Director
An engineer from COEP, Pune, co-founded Upleap after working first as software engineer and then in the family business.
